Trevor R. Laingchild R.D.T. (Chief Technological Officer)

Trevor Laingchild is the Chief Technological Officer for the Makkar Athletics Group and President of PPM™ Laboratory Inc – a dental laboratory specializing in PPM™s and Neuromuscular Dentistry. In this capacity, Trevor provides expert technical guidance and oversight of all facets related to PPM™ design and fabrication.

Trevor Laingchild’s sense of adventure has taken him on an international road in his profession as a third generation Dental Technologist. After formal Dental Education in London, England, he managed a Dental Laboratory in Germany and served as Chief Dental Technician for an American Hospital in Saudi Arabia. Further experiences included, expanding his technical horizons whilst working in Norway, Scandinavia. He currently owns and operates The Burlington Dental Studio Inc. in Burlington and Yorkville Dental Studio in Toronto both in Ontario Canada, where he applies a worldly perspective and a practiced eye to the fine art of dental technology while specializing in aesthetics.

Trevor is an accredited member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, founding member of Canadian Academy of Esthetic Dentistry. Trevor is very active lecturing and teaching whilst conducting numerous hands on courses in all aspects of ceramic, metal ceramic, zirconium restorations with emphasis on individual anterior esthetics, of which he has had numerous articles published.

Trevor is the Editor in Chief of Spectrum Dialogue Magazine, The voice of Techno-clinical Dentistry, on the editorial Board of The Journal of Cosmetic Dentistry, the official Journal of the AACD, additionally Trevor is on the examining board for the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry Accreditation Program

Within Burlington Dental Studio Trevor has developed a training facility in which courses and private tuition are conducted for both Dentists and Technicians throughout North America.
